BRASCO Pizza and Pasta



Located in Juan Luna Ave. Mabalo. Brasco is inside the Gallery that is in front of San Carlos Seminary and IPI. BRASCO is a family owned restaurant that was created to give customer a high quality of pizza and pasta. This is the family's ever first Pizza Restaurant and it is currently being manage by Marjorie (Eldest),Ingrid(Second) and Bryan (Youngest) Espina.



“BRyan’s ASpiration Co.” Thats how Bryan Espina explained to us why BRASCO is the name of the restaurant. He and his siblings who decides everything. From their ingredients to their menu names. The presentation is okay aside from the agony of time that you need to wait long minutes just to have your pizza. Why? because the moment you order the menu, that is the only time they would create it for you. I mean, they dont do the pre cook of the dough so they would start the cooking from zero.



“We want to give customer the right satisfaction and a homey side of pizza.” said Ms.Ingrid who is also in charge in training their service crews.

Their Pizza have 13 different flavors but most of their ingredients are bacon,squid, shrimps, ham, bell pepper, mushroom, bacons , crabs and onions. take note that most of the pizza restaurants here only sprinkled the onions, in BRASCO they included it in the cooking.

They also have the pasta, shakes and icecream. All are home made cooking.
